Al-Jabri Signs Land Usufruct Agreement Worth RO 5 Million

Yahya bin Said al-Jabri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Special Economic Zone Authority at Duqm (SEZAD) signed land usufruct agreement for Al Zubair Automotive Group with the aim of establishing a commercial multi-purpose establishment estimated by RO 5 million.
The Group plans to set up the project that includes a number of car utilities with showroom, a store, repair workshop, manufacturing shops, storing area, automotive repairing area and staff accommodation on a land plot of which area is 109,775 square meters.
The zone will also provide another opportunity for Al Zubair Automotive Group (Sayarti Group) in the project of automotive service centre that includes car parking, store and staff accommodation on a land plot of which area stands at 6,845 square meters.
Al Zubair Automotive Group says about the agreement: \\'The economic zone, that the Government is working on, will have a bright future in the world of economic zones due to its location and flow of local and international investments as the Group seeks to exist in such mega projects. The company will begin the implementation works soon as it will be fully operated in the upcoming three year\\'.
